Online ordering

Delivery apps take up to 30%. TOVA takes 0%.

On a $40 order, a delivery app keeps up to $12 of it. Do that eighty times a week and you’ve handed someone else roughly fifty thousand dollars a year for the privilege of talking to your own customers.

Why it matters

What it actually does for you.

The whole ticket is yours

Customer pays, the money lands in your account on your normal payout schedule, minus your card processor’s fee. We never take a percentage of an order. Not at ten orders a week, not at four hundred.

It prints where the food gets made

Straight to the rail printer, same as any other ticket. Nobody’s watching a tablet chirp on the host stand, and nothing gets missed during a rush.

You keep the customer

Their name, their number, their order history — yours, not rented back to you. That’s what feeds the Tuesday text that fills your dining room.

How it works

Three steps, and we do two of them.

  1. We build your menu online

Items, modifiers, sizes, the stuff that’s only on weekends. Matched to how your kitchen actually calls it.

  2. We install the printer

On your rail, on your network, tested during a real service — not at 9am when the kitchen’s empty.

  3. Orders come in and print

Customer orders, ticket prints, pickup time goes back to them by text. Your line does what it always does.

Questions

Questions owners ask about this one

Do you do delivery, or just pickup?

Pickup and curbside. If you need delivery we’ll help you set up your own drivers or a flat-fee courier — but we won’t pretend we’re going to out-run DoorDash’s driver network, and you shouldn’t pay someone who claims they will.

Should I drop the delivery apps entirely?

Not on day one. Run both for a season, watch where the orders actually come from, then decide. Most shops we talk to keep the apps for discovery and push their regulars to ordering direct, which is where the margin is.

Does this replace my POS?

No. We work with Square, Toast, Clover and the rest — we’re the layer that brings people in, not the thing that rings them up. If someone tells you to rip out your POS, they’re selling you a POS.

Who handles the card payments?

Your processor, on your existing account wherever possible. We don’t touch the money and we don’t mark up your rate — a fair number of vendors quietly do.

What if the printer jams on a Friday night?

Orders keep coming in and show on screen, so nothing is lost. Call us and we’ll walk you through it, or drive out with a new one if it’s dead.

Want to talk?

Twenty minutes, and you’ll know if it’s for you.
