From $500, depending on how much hardware goes in and how bad the existing site is. Waived if you commit to a year. We tell you the number on the site visit, in writing, before you sign anything.
We’d rather quote you honestly on a Tuesday than surprise you on an invoice.
Growth includes 500 messages a month, which covers most shops. When a campaign runs bigger than that, you top up with a pack — the rate drops as the pack gets larger.

Your plan’s 500 included messages reset at the start of each month — they don’t carry over. Packs are different: they roll over month to month and stay good for 12 months from the day you buy them. We tell you when you’re getting close, so nobody learns about an overage from a bill.
What you're actually signing up for
Not on online orders, not on anything. Flat monthly fee. Delivery apps take up to 30% — that’s the whole reason this company exists.
Tablets, screens, mini-PCs and printers are ours. We install them, we maintain them, and we replace them when they break. Nothing to depreciate.
You keep your own processor and your own rate. We don’t touch the money and we don’t take a slice of it on the way past.
Export it any time in a normal spreadsheet. We don’t sell it, rent it, or hold it hostage if you leave.
After the initial term. We come get the hardware, hand over your files, and that’s that. No exit fee.
Square, Toast, Clover, whatever you run. We’re the growth layer on top — anyone telling you to rip out your POS is selling you a POS.
FAQ
Twelve months if you take the waived setup fee, otherwise month to month with 30 days’ notice. We’d rather you stay because it’s working than because of a contract.
You get it. Customer list, review history, order history, site files, photos — exported in normal formats within five business days. We delete our copies after 30 days. Your domain stays in your name the whole time.
No. We work with Square, Toast, Clover and the rest. We’re the layer that brings people in and keeps them coming back — not the thing that rings up the check.
We do, and that’s deliberate. You don’t buy hardware, don’t depreciate it, and don’t pay for a replacement when a tablet gets knocked off the host stand on a Saturday.
You top up with a pack: $19 for 250 messages, $29 for 500, or $49 for 1,000 — the bigger the pack, the lower the per-message rate, down to 4.9¢. Packs roll over and stay good for 12 months from purchase. The 500 included with your plan reset each month and don’t carry over. Either way we tell you when you’re getting close, so nobody learns about an overage from a bill.
With express written consent, yes — and that’s precisely the part we handle: the disclosure language, the opt-in records, STOP and HELP, and the 10DLC registration that keeps carriers from silently dropping your messages. TCPA claims run $500 to $1,500 per message, which is why we won’t cut corners here. Not legal advice; happy to walk your attorney through the setup.
We’re in Bloomfield Hills and we cover Oakland County properly — meaning we can be at your door the same day. Further out we’ll be honest about whether we can serve you the way we promise.
Yes, any time, prorated. Moving up mid-month is common — usually after a slow February. Moving down takes effect the next billing cycle.
Then you leave and we’ve failed. We don’t do long lock-ins because a vendor who needs a contract to keep you isn’t earning it. Ask us for a customer’s number and call them without us on the line.
Because the first week is real work: photos, site build, hardware, menu entry, training, and the 10DLC filing. We’d rather charge for it plainly than bury it in a higher monthly forever.
